The Outreach Coordinator is part-time 20-25 hours per week, position in our Administration Department. The Outreach Coordinator is a key team member in building and continuing trusting relationships in Rich, Franklin, and Cache Counties. This position will work with diverse populations. Bilingual (Spanish) and bicultural preferred.
Duties Synopsis
This position is responsible for participating in community activities and events in an effort to represent and work with the community, such as parades, event booths, information tables, etc. The Outreach Coordinator is also responsible for representing the organization in coalitions and meetings, as assigned, alongside other businesses to support individuals and families by providing resources and referrals.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Detail oriented and project management
- Represent The Family Place in an outgoing, yet approachable way
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, creating presentations, and public speaking
- CPR and First Aid Certification (may be obtained after hire)
- Food Handler’s Permit (may be obtained after hire)
- Annual Background Investigation
