Therapy Grants Supervisor

The Family Place Utah is seeking a full-time (or part-time 25+ hours per week) Therapy Grants Supervisor to join our clinical team and help us fulfill our mission.

The Family Place Utah is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization striving to achieve its mission of Strengthening Families and Protecting Children in Cache and Rich Counties through therapy, education, and 24-hour Kid’s Place care and shelter services.

Duties Synopsis

Supervise specific grant-funded positions and manage grant-related processes in the Therapy Department, including services to victims of crime and other trauma. Supervise grant tracking, reporting, applications, and requirements. Provide direct services to families and children through crisis intervention, screening, group, and other activities. Respond to needs of community/partners and assist clients with overcoming barriers to accessing services. Must work well with a team, take initiative, and provide leadership.


  1. BSW/BS/BA in relevant field plus 2 years relevant experience; CSW/LCSW or equivalent a plus.
  2. Passion for The Family Place Utah mission, “Strengthening Families and Protecting Children.”
  3. Excellent organization, computer and writing skills
  4. Ability to work privately from a secure location outside our offices.
  5. Bilingual/bicultural (Spanish and English) strongly preferred.
