  3. To help improve job satisfaction, decrease absenteeism, improve employee relations and to improve the overall wellness culture at The Family Place.

Step Campaign: Making Strides

Mission of Campaign: Bringing an awareness to how employees move about their day and to promote other healthy wellness habits.

The following dimensions of wellness will be served:

Daily Step Goal: 7,000
Length of Campaign: 7 Weeks
Step Total Goal: 5 million

Steps were tracked using the Pacer Pedometer app (available on both apple and android).

Weekly wellness activities and personal challenges created to support the mission of the step campaign.

Sleep Campaign: Snooze Better

Mission: Bringing an awareness to your quality of sleep, encouraging healthy sleeping habits, and promoting healthy wellness habits.

The following dimensions of wellness will be served:

  5. Intellectual
  6. Environmental
  7. Financial
  8. Spiritual

Nightly Sleep Hour Goal: 6 hours
Length: 7 weeks
Sleep Hour Total Goal: 5,000 sleep hours

Sleep hours were tracked using the sleep cycle app (available both on apple and android).

Weekly cloud mail sent out with educational information regarding sleep.

Virtually filling a semi full of pillows as a fun, interactive way to track total sleep hour goal.

Weekly activities and personal challenges created to support the sleep campaign mission.
