Patricia Winn, LCSW

Patricia completed her Master’s Degree in Social Work at the Case Western Reserve University. She has 23 years of clinical experience across a variety of settings including early intervention, outpatient, crisis intervention, trauma treatment, group facilitating, etc. She has a broad range of clinical experience working with individuals and groups across the life span in the following areas: • Depression and Bipolar Disorder • Posttraumatic Stress Disorder • Anxiety Disorders • Parent-Child relationship and attachment Challenges • Self-Harm Behavior • Trauma and Abuse • Family and Relationship Issues • Children/Adults with Special Needs • Suicide Assessment and Risk Reduction • Group Psychotherapy • Couple’s Conflict • Self-image and Self-Esteem Issues Patricia’s approach emphasizes the mutual development of goals for therapy and the provision of ongoing evaluation of services. Patricia works with clients' strengths to help them get to self-empowerment. Services can include individual, couples, family, and group therapy across the lifespan. Patricia is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mind-Body Bridging, mindfulness and relaxation, and Crisis Intervention strategies. Patricia uses evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents impacted by trauma and their parents or caregivers. She continues to seek ongoing updates to her skills and knowledge base.
