ADAPT is a strengths-based parenting 14-week course that supports families with challenging parenting situations, such as when a family has experienced trauma.

Covered parenting topics include teaching through encouragement, problem-solving and monitoring, positive involvement with children, in-depth emotion regulation and having fun as a family! Dinner and childcare are provided!
