Better Together (3-5 years)

The Better Together Program is a FREE 12-week program (every other week) for caregivers and children (ages 3-5) to participate together in activities and in their own age appropriate support groups. Better Together also offers incentives for completing research assessments! Program will include FREE DINNER and be hosted on an online Zoom Room.
Objectives:

• Improve parent-child relationships
• Help parents deal with stress
• Build social connections
• Increase knowledge of parenting and child development
• Learn new strategies for dealing with difficult behaviors
• Improve self-regulation
