Better Together (Ages 12-18)

This is a FREE 12-week program for caregivers and children. Held every other week beginning Monday, January 3rd. Families will participate in activities together and in their own age appropriate support groups. There will be incentives for completing research assessments and free dinner. The goals of the program are to improve parent-child relationships, help caregivers deal with stress, build social connections, increase knowledge of child development, learn new strategies to deal with difficult behaviors, and improve self-regulation. Spots are limited.
