Building Belonging: Workshop Series

Join us at The Family Place this summer for a 4-part Workshop Series for parents and caregivers of LGBTQ+ individuals. Parents and caregivers of LGBTQ+ individuals are welcome to sign up for any of the workshops offered this summer.

July 14th: Coming Out: The Journey for LGBTQ+ Individuals & Their Loved Ones

July 28th: What Your LGBTQ+ Loved Ones Want You To Know

Aug. 11th: Shifting from Fear to Joy: Celebrating Your LGBTQ+ Loved One All Year Round

This series is designed to help facilitate a safe, supportive space for parents and caregivers of LGBTQ+ individuals to come together to gain connection, resources, and education to help them grow as supportive caregivers. This series is aimed at supporting and empowering parents and guardians to maintain or create positive relationships with their LGBTQ+ children and find community right here in Cache Valley.
