Creating a Toolbox for Coping with Trauma (Virtual)

This workshop will teach you how to make your own coping toolbox. A coping toolbox is a place for you to keep things that calm you down in stressful times. It will be easier for you to remember to use your coping skills rather than negative behaviors. The workshop is for those 18 years and older and is $5 or FREE to eligible individuals. It will be held virtually in and Online Zoom Room, those registered will be given the Zoom ID.
