Horses Helping Humans Heal (Ages 13-17)

Experiential group tailored to adolescents who have experienced trauma. Participants will learn how to recognize and manage emotional dysregulation, connect with horses, and identify ways that they can apply the skills they learn outside of group sessions. Topics such as personal boundaries, assertive communication, brain development, and trauma responses will be discussed.

Participants will NOT ride the horses.

$15 per week or free to eligible individuals. Address given to those registered.
