Horses Helping Humans Heal For Families

6-week experiential group for families who have experienced trauma. Group topics will focus on how trauma affects families and the role that family members play in helping each other heal. Participants will also learn assertive communication, how to set boundaries, as well as managing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Wednesdays, April 3rd – May 8th | 6:00-7:30pm
Children must be at least 8 years old to attend and participants must commit to attend every week.
