The Resilience through Caring Connections Collaborative is pleased to announce our annual Resilience Conference! Come her Deondra Brown, of The 5 Browns, speak about her own story of resilience. We will have many different local presenters share about topics to help build a more resilient community. You will learn how to build resiliency for yourself, others, and the community.

Research shows 2020 was one of the unhappiest years on record. Sadly, science also shows negativity sticks in our brains like velcro, while positivity slips away like soap. While we can’t always control our circumstances, Dr. Dave will share some science-backed happy hacks for boosting positivity and productivity.
