Resilience through Mind-Body Connection (Virtual)

A group for individuals (ages 18+) struggling with trauma, depression, and/or anxiety including victims of crime. Participants will learn techniques to help increase awareness of one’s body, thoughts, and emotions. This group will be held virtually on Secure Online Telehealth.
