Self-Care and Mindfulness Group (Virtual)

April 30, 2020 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

An open 8 week group for adults to find self-care techniques that meet their needs and address their trauma. Great for individuals who want to reduce stress/anxiety/depression and reduce adverse symptoms due to victimization. This group will be held virtually on Secure Online Telehealth. Facilitated by Jud Christensen, LMFT and Analee Pacheco, LCSW.
