Strengthening The Couple Relationship

This class is geared towards adults who are involved in committed relationships to help you identify your strengths as a couple and learn research-based tips to improve communication, and connection, and help increase emotional safety. It will be held weekly on Thursdays from August 4th-25th.

You will learn how to improve your listening and speaking techniques, how to create a safe place to connect with one another, and how to identify your own personality differences and find ways to connect.

Light snacks will be provided!
