Strengthening The Couple Relationship

This class is geared towards adults who are involved in committed relationships to help you identify your strengths as a couple and learn research based tips to improve communication, connection, and help increase emotional safety. It will be held weekly on Thursdays from January 20- February 10.

You will learn how to improve your listening and speaking techniques, how to create a safe place to connect with one another, and how to identify your own personality differences and find ways to connect.

Light snacks will be provided!
