Teen Horse Group

This Teen Horse Group offers a unique opportunity for adolescents to engage with horses in a therapeutic environment! Participants will explore personal development through hands-on activities that promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and teamwork. This safe and supportive space encourages teens to learn skills in areas such as emotional regulation, attachment, communication, boundaries, and body awareness.
7 week group for ages 13-17
Free for those who qualify; for others, a $30 per-session fee applies if spots are available.
Participants will not ride the horses. No experience required.
