This workshop is designed to provide support and education for family members (ages 16+) of those who have experienced trauma of crime. Ideal for family or friends of individuals who have experienced bullying, sexual assault, domestic violence, and sexual or physical abuse. Individuals will learn how to support their loved ones that have been victimized, about the trauma response (fight vs flight, hyper-vigilance, avoidance, triggered feelings), and how to identify symptoms. Through this education family members can feel empowered in knowing how to support their loved one.
The workshop is $10 and will be held virtually over Secure Online Telehealth. Call 435-752-8880 to register or for more information.
