As our community continues to feel the increased impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we feel it is important to share with you what The Family Place Utah is doing to help keep people safe and healthy.

The Family Place Utah is STILL HERE FOR YOU as we strive to strengthen families and protect children. We are modifying our services in response to the virus concerns and to better support your family.

If you find yourself having more family time and looking for resources and fun things to do at home, please visit our RESOURCES page for facts, tips, and activities.

As part of our protocols, our facilities have heightened their cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment for our staff and clients. We’ve instructed anyone who is not feeling well to stay home out of an abundance of caution and to self-monitor their symptoms.

As the situation evolves, The Family Place Utah may implement additional preventative measures to ensure staff and client well-being, including staffing or service modifications.

In addition, actions we have taken over the past several years have helped us prepare for scenarios like this, and throughout this process we have been continuously refining and implementing new procedures.
