HILARY-ANDERSON
Kids Empowered Manager
Hilary was first introduced to The Family Place Utah in 2006 where she began an intern. It did not take long for their mission of Strengthening Families and Protecting Children to became a lifelong passion to her. Upon completion of her Bachelor’s degree in Family, Consumer, and Human Development she began working in the Education Department. Through her experience there, she has had the opportunity to participate in stepfamily education, children's social/emotional skills, teen motivational courses, as well as in-home parenting education.  Currently she oversees the in-school child abuse prevention program, Kids Empowered. In addition to her time at The Family Place Utah she also teaches relationship courses through USU Extension. During her spare time she loves hiking and biking with her husband and four children.
