How do I achieve lasting change for personal growth?
Now that you have rested and assessed your mindset you may be ready to create and
achieve lasting change in at least one area of your life. While sitting down and figuring
out the goals you’d like to achieve is a wonderful start, it is only one step of the process.
After the goals are made, a daily commitment to them is needed, little by little, step by
step is how you will gain personal growth. It may also be helpful to write down the
smaller steps you’ll need to do in order to reach your goal. When working on personal
growth you are asking yourself to make a lifestyle change and change is hard if done in
a full 180. Take your time and make a commitment to your goal each and every day,
you will get to where you want to go.

The Stages of Change Model
This model provides a better picture of the stages we all go through when creating and
achieving personal growth. The model begins before change happens and ends with
maintenance of the behavior change, or personal growth. It is important to note that
we can exit and enter at any stage or move backwards in this model depending on the
things we are dealing with in our lives and that is ok! Try not to get discourage and know
